Installation Instructions

  1.  Go into Settings and turn on Unknown Sources for Chrome Browser or any browser that you are using to download with.
  2.  Open Chrome Browser and type the following URL into the address bar url we sent you via email when you purchased a package
  3.  You will notice that the APK install file will download to your device.
  4.  Open the File Explorer on your system, go to Download folder, and click the One_Stop_Media APK file to install it.
  5.  You may be prompted to allow Unknown Sources for each app that you install and you should do this for each one.
    1. Open the One_Stop_Media App and enter the username and password provided on your Welcome email.

First you have to enable “downloads from unknown sources” and “debugging mode” in the developer options.

Go to

Settings.

Device.

Developer Options.

Set both to ON

Then follow this.

1. Install an app called DOWNLOADER, by searching for it on the firestick home screen.

If you have firestick 4k with alexa just press the alexa mic and say Downloader if not follow instructiosn below

On the magnifying glass on the top left corner of the home screen type DOWNLOADER.

Scroll down to “downloader” in the suggestions below.

Click it.

You will be taken to a download screen.

Once installed enable JavaScript from the SETTINGS menu on the left hand side of the screen on the Downloader app.

2. Open the app and enter/type the url we sent you via email when you purchased a package

Into the address box.

3. Select install and then select Open once it’s installed.

4. Open the One_Stop_Media app and Enter username and password provided on your welcome email.

5. You are ready to go. Enjoy!

Note: To make the app appear on your fire device home screen if it isn’t there.

Press and hold in the house button until a screen takes over your screen.

Select apps and scroll down to the bottom of the list

Don’t click it, just highlight it.

Then press the button with the 3 lines on your fire remote and select move to front.

The app will then appear on your home screen.

1. Connect your MAG device to the internet. Go to Menu > Settings > System Settings

2. Choose Servers > Portals > Set Portal 1(This is the portal URL provided on your Welcome Email) > Reboot Portal 

3. After uploading, click on Reboot device 

4. Wait until the TV Screen shows Channels list 

5. Press “1” button and “OK” to confirm on remote controller if the channel lists are empty.

Note: In order for your subscription to completely work, make sure that you have provided us the correct MAC Address which can be found on a sticker at the back of your device.
